DIRECTOR & PRACTICE NURSE
MS PAIGE CAO
Paige was born and raised in Gippsland as one of four children from a family who all excelled in both state level sport and academia. After completing her secondary education at Trafalgar High School, she went onto tertiary studies at Monash University and graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing Practice in 2012. She was a Graduate Nurse at The Royal Melbourne Hospital in 2013, and worked there for a further three years on the Vascular and Gastrointestinal Ward, before relocating to Echuca-Moama with her family. After meeting her fiance, Paige finally relocated to Bendigo in 2016 where she undertook further postgraduate studies and successfully obtained a Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing through La Trobe University in 2017. In addition to being the Founding Director and Registered Nurse for PMC Surgical, Paige also currently works as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Bendigo Health in both the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. In her very little free time, Paige enjoys spending time with her fiance, family and friends, eating healthy and regular exercise including early morning gym classes, gardening and long walks on sunny days. She also loves travelling, the colour pink, Netflix and good wine and cheese.

MS RACHEL VOEGE
Rachel grew up in Mildura and moved to Bendigo in 2007 with her partner. Enjoying everything Bendigo has to offer, they decided to stay permanently! Rachel has many years of experience in medical practice administration and enjoys supporting and assisting patients with all aspects of their care, always with compassion and a friendly smile! In her spare time, she is kept busy looking after her 3 children and is involved with South Bendigo Junior Football Netball Club. She loves good cheese and wine, gardening and is obsessed with keeping her lawn green for the visiting kangaroos!

Meet our Deputy Lead Practice Manager, Georgia! Beyond her impressive skills in organization and management, she also knows how to unwind and have fun on the weekends with her loved ones. When she's not keeping the office running smoothly, you can often find her exploring new places, trying out new restaurants, or taking part in different sports. With her positive attitude and diverse interests, she is a great addition to our team!

MS DANI LOUGHLIN
Dani is our friendly Administrative Assistant who has been with PMC Surgical since 2019. Dani has gained quality experience as a medical receptionist over the years, she is currently furthering her studies to one day become a nurse. Dani is here to support all patients throughout their medical journey. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her Labrador Ivy. She has a love for travel, and enjoys music, true crime documentaries and spontaneous outings.

MS KYRIE SPROAL
Kyrie was born in Victoria but grew up in rural Queensland and New South Wales before resettling back in Melbourne. She moved with her family to regional Victoria in 2019. Kyrie has an extensive background in medical administration, bringing a wealth of experience to the team. She has a caring and compassionate nature which is reflected in all her interactions with our patients. Kyrie has a passion for interior design, good food and travel and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

MS GEORGIE MAKEPEACE
Meet Georgie, one of our administrative assistants. Georgie was born and raised in Bendigo and adores the area. Georgie is new to the medical administration world as she worked previously as an Electrician here in Bendigo. Georgie assists with patient enquiries and works tirelessly to ensure their needs are met. When she is not juggling tasks at work you can find her spending time with her partner and golden retriever as well as socialising with her friends and family.

MS LOUISE BROWNLEE
Louise is originally from South Australia and grew up travelling and moving states every two years as her father was in the army. As a child, Louise and her brother often joked that life was like a paid holiday. She moved to Bendigo in 2002 and for the past 11 years has been working in the healthcare industry. She is passionate about all things health and love being able to help patients to the best of her abilities. When not at work, Louise enjoys water skiing, working on old school cars and spending time camping with her husband and two children.

MS ALICE REECE
Alice is local to the area, having grown up in country Victoria. She completed tertiary studies with Federation University and graduated as a Registered nurse. She then completed her Graduate Year at Bendigo Health and has since worked on a complex surgical ward for the past 3 years. In her spare time, Alice enjoys the company of family and friends and staying physically active. She also has a love for travel and enjoys a fine wine.

MS REBECCA CROSS
Rebecca is local to the area having grown up in Castlemaine. She completed her Bachelor of nursing at Federation University in Ballarat in 2017 and commenced her graduate year at Castlemaine Health in 2018. Since then, she has furthered her studies by completing a post graduate degree in Perioperative Nursing, and continues to work as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Operating Suite at Castlemaine Health. From time to time, she also works a surgical nurse assistant to our surgeons at St John of God Bendigo. She enjoys spending her spare time with her partner and young baby, keeping active, and fuelling her coffee addiction.
